We are partnering with a dynamic company specializing in Trade Shows, International Freight Forwarding, Live Events, and Specialty Products to find an Entry-Level Sales Manager who can bring new energy and structure to their seasoned sales team.
This is an ideal opportunity for someone with early-stage leadership experience in service-based sales, who thrives in motivating teams, driving accountability, and building pipelines from the ground up.
Service Line: Evaluation to Hire, Fulltime
Pay: $25-$30/Hr.
Schedule: M-F 8:00AM-5:00PM
Location: Remote
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and support a team of three experienced sales representatives
- Drive accountability by setting goals, tracking metrics, and reporting outcomes
- Lead the team in generating new business through cold calling and lead sourcing
- Utilize Salesforce CRM to monitor pipelines and track outreach activities
- Motivate and coach reps to re-engage with sales strategy and results
- Work closely with ownership to build long-term sales processes and performance benchmarks
Ideal Candidate Profile
- 1–3 years of sales management or leadership experience
- Background in services, not product sales
- Proficient with Salesforce and general CRM best practices
- Natural motivator with a hands-on leadership style
- Comfortable with building systems and tracking accountability
- Some formal education or bachelor’s degree preferred
