Chief of Staff (Full-time)


Overview

We are an entrepreneurial couple looking for a *Chief of Staff*. Someone exceptional. Someone who wants to operate at the highest level and is energized by solving problems, removing friction, and helping ambitious people move faster and think better. You’d work directly with the two of us across everything we do—companies, family, investments, travel, ideas. This role is broad, entrepreneurial, and high-leverage.

We’re not interested in traditional org charts or job titles. This is a role for someone who thrives on context switching, wants to learn how the full system works, and isn’t afraid of complexity or ambiguity.

### **What you’ll do**

  • **Be the multiplier.** Make us faster, sharper, more effective. Anticipate what we need before we know we need it. Remove friction. Spot patterns. See around corners.
  • **Own projects.** From zero to one. You’ll run special projects across education, real estate, investing, operations, hiring, and more.
  • **Act as an operating system.** Help us prioritize. Create feedback loops. Structure how we make decisions. Build the scaffolding so the whole machine runs smoother.
  • **Communicate clearly.** Distill signal from noise. Keep information moving. Write the first draft of things that matter.
  • **Be an extension of us.** You’ll sometimes speak and act on our behalf. That requires trust, sound judgment, and taste.

### **What this role is not**

This is **not** an *Executive Assistant* role. You won’t be managing calendars, booking travel, or handling logistics. We already have support for that.

Instead:

  • You’re not here to take orders. You’re here to **solve problems without being asked**.
  • You’re not here to support one function. You’re here to **go wherever the highest-leverage bottleneck is**.
  • You’re not here to execute narrowly. You’re here to **operate across disciplines and domains**.
